HOW CAN I CONTACT BOHIO BRAND?

Note that we are located in Miami and operate on EST time.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

All of our items are created in Miami & sewn by local seamstresses.

 

WHY DO PATTERNS VARY?

Our signature tops are hand cut from a large piece of fabric which is why certain designs will vary. In order to limit waste, we aim to use all parts of the fabric. We believe this makes a piece extra special! All of our signature tops are also reversible so you might get two different parts of a pattern in one top!

 

WHY DO THE SIZES VARY ON THE PARÉOS?

Variation is to be expected due to the handmade nature of the items. We list approximate sizes on the products listing but for exact measurements please send an email to hello@bohiobrand.com and we will try to accommodate.

 

WHAT VARIATIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED WHEN PURCHASING HANDMADE ITEMS?

 The following variations can be expected:

    ⁃    Sizes may vary slightly by a few inches

    ⁃    Colors (including fringes) may vary slightly

    -    As explained in another FAQ, patterns may vary slightly

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BOHIO PIECE?

Show your pieces some TLC! We recommend hand washing your pieces in cold water as well as air drying. Iron on medium. Do NOT bleach.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

If there is a signature cut that you like and it is not available in a certain pattern on the website feel free to reach out and we will try to accommodate!

We cannot guarantee that each request will be fulfilled as we have limited quantities for every batch. Once a custom request is accepted, an email with instructions will be sent to the buyer. 

Note that items that are not directly available on the website are not in stock and might take longer to get to you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please send us a DM or an email with your name, order number and description/picture of the defect and we will make it right!

 

WILL YOU CARRY PLUS SIZE IN THE FUTURE?

Absolutely! We have just launched and are aiming to improve everyday! There is much more to come and we are working to accommodate more sizes. Note that our Paréos are one size fits most and there are many different ways to style them depending on your vision.

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

All of our items are made in small batches. We will post on our socials when the next batch will be available. In the meantime you can reach out to us with the item you wish to order and we will try to accommodate if possible.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified, it can however be cancelled within an hour of placing the order. From there, you will be able to place a new order with the correct items.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Any order shipping outside of the United States is considered International. Prices on the website do not include taxes & duties. The amount of VAT and other duties and import taxes will depend on your destination location customs authorities and will be based on the value of your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees.
