HOW CAN I CONTACT BOHIO BRAND?

You can also reach us via email at hello@bohiobrand.com. We are also very active on our social media @bohiobrand. We’re based in Miami and operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding holidays.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

All of our pieces are thoughtfully made in Miami and sewn by local seamstresses.

 

CAN I SHOP BOHIO IN PERSON?

You can now shop Bohio at MERLAU in Coconut Grove, Miami. We also have occasional pop-ups which are announced on our Instagram page.


 

WILL MY GARMENT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE PICTURED?

No two tops are exactly alike & that’s the beauty of handmade. Each top is cut from a large piece of fabric, so the print placement naturally changes. We use the fabric mindfully to avoid waste, and since our signature tops are reversible, you get two unique looks in one. The solid colors will look exactly like the ones pictured.

 

WHY DO THE SIZES VARY ON THE PARÉOS?

Our paréos are handmade, which means no two are exactly the same. Measurements listed on product pages are approximate. If you need exact dimensions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@bohiobrand.com, and we’ll gladly assist.

 

WHAT VARIATIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED WHEN PURCHASING HANDMADE ITEMS?

Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in size, color, fringe, and pattern placement may occur.

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BOHIO PIECE?

Show your pieces some TLC! We recommend hand washing your pieces in cold water as well as air drying. Iron on medium. Do NOT bleach.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

If you love one of our signature cuts but don’t see it in the pattern you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to see what’s possible. Because we produce in small batches with limited quantities, we can’t guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. If accepted, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. Items not currently available on the website are not in stock and may require additional production time.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please send us a DM or email with your name, order number, and a brief description and photo of the defect. We’ll review it and make it right.

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

All items are made in small batches, so availability is limited. We announce restocks on our social media. You’re also welcome to reach out with the item you’re hoping for, and we’ll do our best to help.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified, it can however be cancelled within an hour of placing the order. From there, you will be able to place a new order with the correct items. 

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Any order shipped outside the United States is considered international. Prices listed on our website do not include taxes or duties. The amount of VAT, customs fees, and import taxes depends on your destination and will be calculated by your local authorities based on the value of your purchase. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
