HOW ARE GIFT CARDS DELIVERED?

Gift cards are digital. An email containing a unique gift card code and redemption instructions will be sent to the email address entered on the gift card page.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

At checkout, simply enter your unique gift card code in the appropriate field.

- Gift card balances can be used across multiple orders.

- If the gift card balance is equal to or greater than your order total, you can complete your order with no additional payment.

- If the gift card balance is less than your order total, you’ll be prompted to select a secondary payment method for the remaining balance.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

If the item is eligible for return, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING & TAXES?

Yes. Gift cards are applied to the final order total, including shipping and taxes.

 

DO GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

No—gift cards never expire.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR GIFT CARDS?

Once a gift card has been purchased, it cannot be returned.
