HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

For shipping within the continental United States, Bohio Brand provides flat rate shipping fee of $7 (regular shipping) & $14 (expedited shipping). We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150. For shipping within other countries, rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Absolutely! Once a package has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking information, as well as two additional emails (when the item is out for delivery & when the item is delivered).

I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

You can email us to change the shipping address anytime before you receive the shipment confirmation email. After this confirmation email has been sent, the address cannot be changed. You will need to contact the respective shipping company to resolve that issue.  

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD?

Once the package has been shipped out and handed to the shipping company, the method cannot be changed.

NOTE: We do not ship on the weekends or the holidays. Once your package is in the shipping company's possession, Bohio Brand is not responsible for theft or damage.
